The Oregon Olive Mill contains an Italian, state- of-the-art olive pressing facility that handles the harvest of 13,000 olive trees over 17 acres in the Dundee Hills

Beginning in mid-to-late November, the mill can process more than 1,000 pounds of olives per hour, making it the largest commercial operation in the Pacific Northwest.
