All YamhillsGallery.com online orders are filled from our store in Newberg, Oregon. Newberg is located southwest of Portland, in the heart of Oregon wine country.

Accepted forms of payment

We do not accept checks for orders submitted through YamhillsGallery.com. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Secure ordering

Yes. When asked for your credit card numbers, you will notice a closed padlock in the lower left hand corner of your browser's window. This indicates that your transaction is encrypted for your protection.

Refund policy

In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for gallery credit at any location within 10 days. Sorry, no refunds.

Web-purchased item(s) may be returned for exchange or gallery credit within 14 days (excluding shipping charges). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance.

Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Gifts must be returned in original gift box.

Gallery credit is non-expiring and may be used toward future purchases through our web site or any of our stores.

Custom and special orders, or any purchase marked Final Sale may not be returned.

Canceling or changing an order

Because of the expedited service, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation of your order before it is shipped. Please call 1 503-538-1311 as soon as possible after submitting your order, and we will attempt to make whatever corrections are possible.

Shipping and handling

All orders are processed the same day they are received. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing and delivery.

Shipping prices reflect USPS 2-day Priority Mail rate or UPS minimum. Prices quoted on this site apply to locations in the continental US only. Shipping and handling charges are based on weight of the item(s) and location to which the merchandise is shipped. Please call us for a quote on shipments to Canada. We ship only to USA and Canada.
